Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with this mixture.
- Heat oil in a wok or a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté them until they turn slightly tender.
- Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss them with the vegetables.
- Pour in the remaining marinade and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
