Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, tomato ketchup, chili sauce, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Coat the marinated chicken pieces with this mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the coated chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the diced onions and bell peppers. Sauté them until they turn slightly tender.
  5. Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss them with the vegetables.
  6. Pour in the remaining marinade and cook for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
